Position Summary & Responsibilities: The Waste Operations Manager maintains complete operational, financial (P&L), safety, and personnel management accountability for regional collection depots and transfer station complexes. You lead multi-disciplinary teams across collection routes, fleet maintenance shops, and facility operations while driving safety standards, regulatory compliance, and budget optimization. You manage operational P&L performance, direct labor scheduling, lead supervisor development, and represent Waste Management during municipal contract negotiations. This role is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site leadership presence at the facility depot (zero remote capability).
