Position Overview & Responsibilities
As an Industrial Waste Specialist, you oversee on-site waste characterization, chemical byproduct collection, and transport documentation for large industrial manufacturing facilities. You inspect chemical holding tanks, audit industrial scrap containers, manage waste storage bay staging, and log byproduct volume streams into environmental management databases. Furthermore, you coordinate third-party waste transport dispatches, prepare EPA manifests, and assist facility managers during environmental compliance audits. This position is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site presence at client industrial facilities (no work-from-home capability).
Qualifications & Benefits
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or Industrial Hygiene preferred.
