As an entry-level Waste Management Groundskeeper, you manage environmental litter control, perimeter fence cleaning, and site presentation at landfill and transfer station properties.

- Operate manual lawn care equipment, weed trimmers, and blowers to maintain site grounds
- Sweep scale decks, entry roadways, and parking areas to keep them clear of debris and nails
- Empty outdoor trash receptacles and maintain clean public drop-off areas
- Assist site technicians with basic storm drain cleaning and fence repairs as needed
- Follow all company safety policies and wear mandatory high-visibility clothing
Required Skills and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Physical ability to work outdoors for full shifts across varying weather conditions
- Capability to perform continuous walking, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and attention to property safety
- Good teamwork and communication skills
