Position Overview & Responsibilities
As a Residential Refuse Collector, you handle neighborhood waste collection loops, operating manual and semi-automated cart tipping equipment. You communicate route issues to drivers, guide collection trucks safely when reversing, and maintain vehicle sanitation at the end of the shift. This role is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site presence along collection routes (no work-from-home options).
