You manage operational P&L performance, direct labor scheduling, lead supervisor development, and represent Waste Management during municipal contract negotiations. This role is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site leadership presence at the facility depot (zero remote capability).
Qualifications & Benefits: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Environmental Management preferred.
