You manage operational P&L performance, direct labor scheduling, lead supervisor development, and represent Waste Management during municipal contract negotiations. This role is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site leadership presence at the facility depot (zero remote capability).

Requires 5+ years of progressive management experience in waste management, transport logistics, or heavy industrial operations with proven P&L responsibility.
