Position Overview & Responsibilities
As a Trash Collector at Waste Management, you perform frontline physical waste collection along designated residential neighborhoods and business routes. You maneuver heavy waste containers, load loose bags and bulk items into collection vehicle hoppers, and operate mechanical packer controls safely. You ensure that customer properties are left clean and free of litter, report blocked access lanes, and adhere to strict safety guidelines including high-visibility gear usage. This position is 100% physical and strictly requires full physical on-site presence along active routes (no remote work available).
Qualifications & Benefits
