This role is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site leadership presence at the facility depot (zero remote capability).
Qualifications & Benefits: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Environmental Management preferred. Requires 5+ years of progressive management experience in waste management, transport logistics, or heavy industrial operations with proven P&L responsibility.
