Position Overview & Responsibilities
As a Composting & Organics Coordinator, you manage commercial organic waste receiving, windrow compost pile monitoring, and biological testing procedures. You inspect incoming food waste trucks for physical contaminants, operate motorized windrow turners and compost trommel screens, and measure moisture, oxygen, and temperature levels across active composting cells. Furthermore, you log biological curing data into facility environmental databases and assist with finished compost screening and soil bagging operations. This position is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site presence at the composting processing yard (no remote work available).
Qualifications & Benefits
